The 'climax' of a plot is what happens-

Climax হলো plot বা narrative-এর সর্বোচ্চ tension বা turning point, যেখানে ঘটনার উত্থান শেষ হয় এবং পতন শুরু হয়। তাই climax ঘটে at the height of a plot।

• Rising action climax-এর দিকে নিয়ে যায়।
• Climax-এর পর falling action আসে।

Example: Antigone's death is the climax of Oedipus. 'He smiles, he laughs and he roars.' The climax is at the end of the sentence.
